This is a lovely 18k white gold filigree ring featuring a carved shell cameo.
The ring has a 22 mm by 14 mm frame containing a cameo carving depicting lady in profile. The ring is marked 18k and weighs 4.144 grams.
It is size 5.5 and is easily resizable.
Very good estate condition.
