Description
This is an amazing sand cast silver and turquoise bow guard or ketoh. The turquoise has a gorgeous robin’s egg blue color. The medallion is unmarked, however it tests sterling silver. The guard is made of leather with leather cords.
The ketoh medallion is 3 7/8″ x 2 1/4″ and the entire piece weighs 105.8 grams.
This ketoh is in excellent estate condition and the medallion maintains its original patina.
This came from an large collection of Native American jewelry from an estate in Southern Pines, N.C.
