Description
This Navajo “Old Pawn” silver buckle is set with turquoise, coral and claws. The design and workmanship is that of a skilled craftsman. It has a hallmark stamp that looks like WCV which I have not been able to identify. A drop of silver testing acid on the prong turns grey so it is likely 77-90% silver.
Excellent estate condition with patina appropriate for age.
Weighs approximately 151 grams.
Approximately 3″x4″ inches.
This came for a very fine Native American jewelry collection out of Southern Pines, North Carolina.
Shipping by USPS includes insurance.
