The round cultured pearl is 10.56 mm.
The prong set round cut rubies weigh an estimated 4.75 total carats. The rubies are slightly purplish red, with a medium to medium dark tone, and strong to vivid saturation.
The bead set full cut F-G color, VS-SI clarity diamonds weigh an estimated 1.50 total carats.
This 18k yellow gold clip brooch measures 1.5 x 1 5/8 inches and weighs 13.2 grams. It has a hinged double pin stem and is stamped 750 / 186 869, and with maker’s mark.
