These are very nice 14k estate Akoya pearl cluster clip-on earrings with gold designs.
The earrings are marked 14k, measure about 1″ by 1″, and weigh 13.6 grams. There are a total of twenty 3.5 to 5.5 mm white Akoya pearls.
Excellent estate condition.
