This pretty ring features a blue topaz set east-west in a semi-bezel cathedral mount.
The emerald cut topaz measures 8 mm by 10 mm and has a strong blue color.
The 14k ring mount is size 5 1/4 and can be resized quite a bit. Total weight is 6.368 grams.
