This elegant one of a kind Denny Wong ring is an amazing work of art. The 18k two toned white and yellow gold ring features an east west set 10mm x 13mm moonstone backed by a 3.51 carat blue topaz. The ring is embellished with 78 white diamonds forming a halo around the moonstone as well as a halo around the side of the crown. There are 20 yellow sapphires weighing .11 total carats as well as two amethyst cabochons weighing .65 total carats in the designs on the side of the ring.
